What happens to unused credits?
Monthly credits reset each billing cycle. They do not roll over. Top-up credits never expire.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. You keep access until the end of your billing period.

Do I need my own AWS account?
No. We provision temporary, isolated AWS accounts for every lab and playground session. No personal AWS account or credit card needed for AWS.
What is the difference between guided labs and playgrounds?
Guided labs are step-by-step missions with automated validation. Playgrounds give you a blank AWS account to build anything you want within the session time.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Upgrading mid-cycle gives you the new credit balance immediately.
